Outdoor Cooking: Shojin Buddhist cuisine (vegan)
今回のメスティンクッキングは、精進料理がテーマ。

クッキング中、メイン食材を一瞬でカラスに盗まれるという大ハプニングが〜😭
アウトドアクッキングには、天候だけじゃなく、こんな試練も😅

が、なんとか持ち直して完成。
しかし、恐るべしカラス💢

鎌倉のハイキングは、都内から手軽に自然を満喫できてオススメ。
しかもハイキング終了後は、すぐ街で観光したり遊べて楽しい👍

The focus of our Messtin Cooking this time is Buddhist cuisine. Interestingly, a major mishap occurred when some crows stole the main ingredients, causing big distress 😭.

Fortunately, we were able to recover them and finish up the dishes!

For those who enjoy nature, hiking in Kamakura is an ideal way to spend the day. And after the hike, it's would be nice to explore the city's sights (ex. visiting the Great Buddha or pretty temples) and engage in local activities (ex. workshops) 👍."

桜を追い上げて東北の旅 part2

田沢湖→乳頭温泉→盛岡へ
Tazawa lake ->Nyuto onsen ->Morioka after Kakunodate

角館の後に田沢湖に行ったら、思いがけず桜が満開だった。
田沢湖の周り20knを早朝にサイクリング。
満開の桜を独り占めできたよ。

秘境中の秘境の温泉、乳頭温泉の鶴の湯に。
秘境なのに結構な人がいてびっくり。
乳頭温泉の温泉巡りでも全部の温泉を制覇したくなった。

盛岡は冬並みに寒かったのに、桜は完全葉桜😭

ＮＹタイムズが選ぶ「今年行くべき世界の旅行先」に盛岡は２位に今年選ばれたってことは知らなかった。
1位のロンドンの次が盛岡っていうからすごい！

盛岡のレストランバーで出会ったインド人にこのことを聞いてビックリ！

いろんな出会いがあって旅は楽しい。

ずっと行きたかった桜の角館(秋田県)
Kakunodate's cherry blossoms that I've always wanted to see
例年より1週間早くて、葉桜だった〜😭
が、散り行く桜も趣き深い🌸

いぶりがっこ、好きだわ〜！！
完全ヴィーガンのおつまみ👍

Iburigakko (smoked daikon radish pickles) is local food in Akita and very good with sake👌
